The Transition Team is a new ministry team that was formed by the Consistory Team this Summer. It was formed to be support for our new Specialized Interim Pastor, Jim Van Zetten. They will be helping in discerning the gaps in ministry that need attention, and to begin the process of imagining the next decades of RCP's ministry.
