RCP Women's Ministry Questionnaire

The Women's Connection is considering a different format for the fall retreat of 2008. We would like to have your opinion to best suit the majority. The scheduled date of the retreat is the weekend of November 7th and 8th.

Women's Retreat Questionnaire:

I would prefer that the retreat be:

	Within a 30 minute drive from Plano
	Farther away to give the retreat a feeling of getting away.
	Either is fine with me.

I would prefer that the retreat be:

(1 required)

	An overnight experience.
	I would prefer not to spend the night away.
	Either is fine with me.

I would prefer that the retreat be:

(1 required)

	Lead by a professional guest speaker even if it increases the cost.
	Conducted by our own leaders with more group participation.
	Either is fine with me.

I would prefer that the retreat be:

	I would like for the retreat facility to provide all the meals/or have catered even if the cost is more.
	I would be willing to bring a dish for the dinner meal to help defer some of the cost.
	Either is fine with me.

(If the location is 30 minutes or less women can come and go for each session)

The time frame that best suites me is:

	Friday afternoon with dinner at 6:00 p.m., program from &;00 - 9:00 p.m. Fellowship from 9:00 p.m. on. Overnight stay optional.
	Breakfast followed by continued program until lunch.
	Saturday morning brunch with program and fellowship until mid afternoon. Snacks also provided.
	Other:

I would be willing to help with the retreat by:

	Helping to plan the menus/snacks.
	Helping with promotion of the retreat.
	Helping set up early on the first day of the retreat.
