What is God calling RCP to be?
QUESTIONS FOR THE INQUIRY INTERVIEWS:
- Reflecting on your entire experience at RCP, remember a time when you felt the most engaged, alive, and motivated. Describe the circumstances, such as who was involved, how did you feel, how did that time affect your life?
- What are the most important contributions the church has made to your life? Tell me when this happened. Who made a difference? How did it affect you?
- Don’t be humble. What do you value most in your participation at RCP? How God used you to build his kingdom here?
- When have you know the most significant spiritual growth for yourself and the church? When were you growing as a disciple? Think about lessons about beliefs or steps of faith. Tell me how this happened.
- What do you believe are the essential, central values of RCP?
- Make three wishes for the future of our church. Describe what the church would look like if these wishes come true.
