The offices of Elder and Deacon are ones of servanthood and service representing Christ through the action of the Holy Spirit. As members of the Consistory, these offices function together with the ministers in the service and supervision of The Reformed Church in Plano.

The ministry of The Reformed Church in Plano is organized under the leadership of five Leadership Teams which represent the five biblical purposes of the church as outlined in scripture. Consistory members are assigned as Team Leaders.
